Everything you need to know about the 3v3 Experience
Do I come as my grassroots team?
No. You are more than welcome to bring a friend/friends from your team along however the experience is based on allowing the kids to be creative and we would allow them to decide the name of their teams. No coach on the pitch — because the pitch itself, with its tailored rules, is the coach.
Does the club I play for need a permit?
No. The experience itself is a learning day and is not a traditional festival which other clubs may hold; this is a unique, world first learning journey where Players make real-time decisions under constraints, promoting thinking, creativity, and tactical growth.
What should I expect?
On the day, our expert coaches will lead the kids and provide guidance and support throughout. We have a live P.A system which will keep parents up-to-date and engaged as the day progresses.
Is this a competitive competition?
No — this experience is designed to challenge kids without awarding winners and losers. Instead, we celebrate sportsmanship, teamwork and support. Kids enjoy fast-paced, action-packed fun, while best practice — not scorelines — is how we keep track of performance.
What do you mean by take a journey through the world?
On our football journey, each of the 16 AirArenas is themed like a different iconic stadium from around the world — think the flair of Camp Nou, the drama of Estadio Azteca, the grandeur of FNB Stadium, or the spirit of Moses Mabhida. With every pitch, kids don't just play — they step into the tactics, tempo, and culture of global football through our conditioned matches.
